The Campaign for Shooting is at the forefront of promoting and protecting shooting in Westminster, across the devolved administrations, in the media and on the ground. Using scientific evidence and sound knowledge, we challenging the misinformation and bias that is so widely used by opponents to game shooting, and positively influence policy by promoting the considerable environmental, economic and social benefits of shooting. Our objectives are clear: to secure and enhance the long-term sustainability of shooting and its associated land management practices, and to manage and reduce political risk at all levels.
It is essential that we have the necessary resources if we are to effectively challenge the numerous threats that face us. The income generated through the sale of the Campaign for Shooting’s Season Badge is therefore extremely important, as membership subscriptions alone are insufficient to cover all the costs of our campaigning.
