Complaints Policy

At The Countryside Alliance Foundation, we are committed to providing excellent service to all our members and supporters. However, we recognise that sometimes things may not go as expected. This procedure outlines how you can raise a complaint and the steps we will take to address it.

1. Informal Resolution
We encourage you to raise any concerns directly with the membership services team in the first instance. Many issues can be resolved quickly and informally. You can reach us via phone, email, or by post.

2. Formal Complaint

If you are an existing member, we will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about similar goods and services. If you are a new member, and where we permit selected third parties to use your data, we (or they) will contact you by electronic means only if you have explicitly consented to this. If you are happy for us to use your data in this way, and to pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes, please tick the relevant box situated on the form on which we collect your data (the registration form).

We may wish to contact you directly via Whatsapp. To ensure sufficient data protection, we use Whatsapp Business services which directly require your consent to use Whatsapp to contact you. Only where you consent will Whatsapp process your data for the purposes of these communications.
