Countryside Alliance supports Crimestoppers' new four-week rural crime campaign

This week, Crimestoppers launched a new campaign that aims to put the spotlight on rural crime. With the help of their campaign partners, Neighbourhood Watch and Mitie and their campaign supporters, they plan to help raise the profile of rural crime. The Countryside Alliance is looking forward to supporting this campaign, letting people know what rural crime is, why it's a problem and what you can do to help stop it.

Running over four weeks, this campaign will delve into the many aspects of rural crime, focusing on wildlife crime, environmental crime and theft. Campaign partners and supporters have provided some great resources which will be shared on social media, giving you some in-depth information on rural crime topics, how to spot when a crime is being committed as well as some important preventative measures that you can put in place. Everything that will be shared over the next four weeks is there to help you learn the signs to spot so that together, we can prevent and solve these crimes.
