Countryside Alliance membership approved for AWNW

The Countryside Alliance (Wales) has now been approved as a member of the Animal Welfare Network Wales, joining other organisations such as Redwings, RSPCA Wales and the Dog's Trust. The network was set up in order to pool organisations to work collectively to improve animal welfare in Wales. Other organisations who vigorously opposed the CA's membership, such as Protect Our Wild Animals and the League against Cruel Sports, it seems are no longer members.
