The Countryside Alliance's mobile phone signal report was recently supported across all political parties during Party Conference season. Our basic message, that rural subscribers pay the same amount as urban subscribers despite worse coverage, is backed up by statistics gleaned from our crowd-sourced data. That data, compiled and verified by independent company RootMetrics, shows that mobile phone companies have a long way to go to level-out the coverage playing field for rural communities.
