We are always on the look out for new recipes and ideas for our beloved wild game. The Kennington Tandoori is usually one restaurant that provides us with the goods.
We provide the game, in this instance venison, and they will come up with a new concoction. This time round it was going to be venison game dogs, aimed at the masses that enjoy the Kennington Village Fete.
A mixture of ground coriander, black pepper, turmeric, salt, garam masala, finely chopped onions, fresh coriander and green chillies went into making these spectacular game dogs.
Along with deep fried onions and a rogan josh sauce, it was easily the most delightful fast-food meal ever experienced at a fete and just goes to show, once again, that game is suitable for so much more than just roasting. This will certainly be given a go on the BBQ this summer.
