Ingredients
400g miced game, 100g diced red onion, 200g diced onion, 200g chopped tomatoes, 200g sliced field mushrooms, 10g chopped oregano, 20g chopped garlic, 12 fresh pasta tubes, 100ml red wine, Milled salt & pepper.
Method
- Fry the onion, garlic and game, add mushrooms and red wine, simmer for five minutes
- Remove from the heat and correct the seasoning
- Fill the canelloni tubes with the game mix and cut into into three equal lenghts
- Place the mini pasta tubes into a ceramic baking dish to create honeycomb effect
- Fry the onion and tomato and seasoning and finish with the fresh oregano
- Pour the tomato sauce over the pasta and bake in a hot oven 220ºC for twenty minutes
- Once cooked top with oregano leaves.
