Join us on Countryside Day at Cheltenham

We are delighted to be able to offer a limited number of discounted tickets for Countryside Day at Cheltenham on Friday, 15 November.

Countryside Day marks the start of Cheltenham’s three-day November Festival and is a key event in the National Hunt calendar for many of our members and supporters. Along with thrilling racing, including the renowned Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase, the day will feature a variety of countryside-themed entertainment, including a meet of hounds.

The Alliance will be hosting members in our dedicated members’ area, conveniently located near the shopping village. This exclusive space provides a comfortable setting to review the race card, purchase refreshments, and meet Alliance representatives who will be on hand to discuss our ongoing campaigning work.

We are also offering our members and supporters the opportunity to attend the Countryside Race Day Lunch and fundraising auction where there are a limited number of tables available. Tickets, which cost £1,450 for a table of 10, include racecourse admission and car parking, as well as an English sparkling wine reception with canapes followed by a fantastic two-course lunch with cheese and fine wines. We will also be launching our annual raceday silent auction ahead of the meeting which will be raising funds for the Countryside Alliance and this year’s chosen charity, Racing Welfare. Racing Welfare is a registered charity supporting the workforce of British horseracing, offering professional guidance and practical help to the stud, stable and racecourse staff whose dedication is vital for the well-being of racing.

The silent auction will feature some exclusive items, with something for all country sports enthusiasts including racing, hunting, shooting and fishing packages. Further details will be available soon through our website and social media channels.
