Now that the shooting season is over, please help others choose their shooting and fishing destinations for next season, whether it is driven grouse shooting in the North of England, pheasant or partridge on some truly outstanding estates throughout the country, brown trout fishing on the chalk streams of the South of England, or tarpon fishing in the Florida Keys – the choices are numerous. Thanks to others, you might also decide to try somewhere different yourself to shoot or fish which, based on their own personal recommendations, would be ideal for you.
Before the launch of Eagle Review at the end of May 2015, that would not have been possible, as there was no internet solution for shooting and fishing that set out to be truly international, with a professional and independent review capability. But now, guns and anglers can write or read sporting reviews, which in turn promotes them to their target audience. Eagle Review is there to help sportsmen avoid making costly and disappointing mistakes when choosing their destinations, as well as helping providers market their sport to a truly international audience - with hosts increasingly saying how many of their bookings are being made through the site.
In the short time since its launch, Eagle Review is listing 3,214 destinations around the world, with 24,000 unique visits to its website a month. 33% of those visitors are from the United States, 24% from the UK, 7% from France, and 36% from other countries. However the strength of the site lies in the number of reviews it receives, and there can never be too many of those. All guns and anglers are therefore encouraged to write reviews so that others can benefit from them. Please access Eagle Review.
