Redspot is a collective of some of the finest wildlife artists in the Country, and one of the most innovative artistic groups in their field. Using a diverse range of media from waterclolours, oils, scraperboard, and sculptures, their work is collected worldwide, and has been reproduced in numerous books and publications. Each piece is truly outstanding.

Redspot Unlocked is being held to mark the 20th anniversary of the group, and a pdf showing some of the pieces that are available in this stunning online exhibition can be seen here (pdf).

A full preview of all the works can be seen at redspot-artists.com. The website goes live on Saturday 15 May, and all pieces can be purchased from that date.

As members will be aware, the Countryside Alliance is the campaigning organisation at the forefront of promoting the rural way of life in Parliament, in the media, and on the ground. We campaign for the countryside, for rural communities, and for shooting, fishing and hunting; and we challenge misinformation and bias. Our objectives are clear: to secure and enhance the long-term sustainability of country sports and their associated land management practices, and to manage and reduce political risk at the local, national, and devolved levels.

Our opponents are well funded, and if we are to effectively challenge the many threats that face us, the Countryside Alliance must have the resources to do so.

Membership subscriptions alone are insufficient. Money raised through the fundraising events that we hold each year is therefore extremely important to us, but all those had to be cancelled last year due to the coronavirus pandemic, and there remain doubts regarding some of the events planned for this year. We are therfore extremely grateful to the artists exhibiting in Redspot Unlocked for donating a percentage from their sales to the Countryside Alliance. By purchasing the unique works of art in this stunning exhibition, you will not only be supporting these remarkable artists, but also the Countryside Alliance. We would therefore like to thank all those that do buy these fabulous pieces for their support.
