The red is an excellent Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, juicy and ripe, brilliant with game or a full-flavoured stew. Sounds like a shoot lunch?
The white is a delicious Gold Medal winning blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier from the South of France. Fresh and elegant, great on its own and it goes well with everything we've tried.
