The Countryside Alliance will be entertaining their members and supporters this Saturday, 7th May 2022, at the world-famous Badminton Horse Trials which are taking place in Gloucestershire.
Representatives from the political campaigning organisation will be on-hand in the dedicated members' area situated in a prime position on the cross-country course, where members and supporters will be welcome to enjoy some light refreshments and watch the action from the seating area.
The hospitality area is situated on the cross-country course near Fence 16, the Countryside Alliance Roll Top Brush. The area also provides great viewing of the surrounding fences, including the legendary Vicarage Vee which always produces some thrills and spills during the competition.
The three-day-event returns to Gloucestershire for the first time since 2019 and the Alliance is looking forward to greeting many of their members face-to-face following the three-year absence.
Tim Bonner, Chief Executive of the Countryside Alliance, who will be in attendance, enthused: "We are delighted to be returning to Badminton this year and thank the organisers for their continued support for the Countryside Alliance. We look forward to welcoming our loyal members and supporters into our hospitality area where they can unwind away from the crowds before continuing around the fantastic course."
In addition to light refreshments and the opportunity to take a break while walking the course, Badminton spectators will also be able to see the foxhounds, beagles and basset hounds that will be on display near the Countryside Alliance area.
On Sunday, following the conclusion of the showjumping phase of the competition and before the prize giving, the Duke of Beaufort's hounds will be parading in the main ring where a collection will be made on behalf of the Countryside Alliance.
The nearest car park to the Countryside Alliance members' area is the Luckington Lane Car Park.
